Absolutely wonderful service. They had my car ready to go quickly, replacing my battery so it could start. More than fair prices, would use their service again!

The Fox Auto team was amazing, Sarah was my contact, they were so helpful with a breakdown ordeal. Willing to fit me in, get creative, and offered support throughout the situation. Highly recommend! Amazing people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No good communication, you have to go get the parts then when you drop everything to get them and show up with the parts she won’t answer the door because “she's making dinner” and he’s out running errands. Also not a complete repair. My breaks half worked for all of 10 minutes and went out again. Also said they used a scan tool to bleed the master cylinder. I may work on semis and tractors and such but I know you don't use a scan tool to bleed brakes.

Joel & Sarah are great people to work with . I had my older Lexus LS worked on recently. They did a great job finding the problem and fixing it at half the cost a dealership would charge. I will definitely try using their service whenever I need it.

I had an excellent experience with Joel and his team! My age-old Toyota Sienna was experiencing a steering problem, making it tougher to move the wheel, especially at low speeds. Initially, we thought the issue was only with the steering pump. However, related parts like the belt, hose pipes, rack and pinion, etc., needed to be changed as well. Joel and his team dedicated ample time to the diagnosis and eventually resolved all the issues. The labor cost was fair and reasonable. Joel didn't charge me anything extra, even though it took much longer than expected to fix my old car. Additionally, he changed my transmission fluid. So far, my vehicle is running well. I highly recommend their services!"
